About the Artist

Olga Fitzpatrick graduated from Limerick School of Art and Design in 1992.

The Artist’s Studio

Her studio is perched on a cliff at her home in Co. Wicklow and its sea views provide inspiration for her work.

Making Process

The works are made individually and fired to a temperature of 1,260 degrees. The artist combines glass with her own glaze recipes to create a unique work of art. As the glass fuses with the glaze and cools in the kiln it creates different results each firing, ensuring no two pieces are the same, and each piece is entirely unique.
